At Trading Card World, we want you to be satisfied with your collection; however, due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market, all returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and remain in original, factory-sealed condition.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, still in their original shrink-wrap or seal, and were purchased within the last 14 days to qualify for a return.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items carefully using protective materials like bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit, as items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the authenticity and condition of the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
